This is how i felt when i was leaving Africa this year....ironically this is also how i felt when i was going there....
the writting on the right is only some irrelevant notes in Swahili, but the sentence at the bottom is true....

    Wise words I got sent today..."So you go out into the jaws of the world unarmed and get emotionally mauled. The question I face and you, and probably everyone, is how to protect ourselves from the jaws of the world without our souls hardening. Courage can protect us from the hurt we get when we go about unarmed, and that hurt inflicted over and over again will damage us. "
